How do I contact customer service if I have problems shopping?

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be billed when the order is shipped. Current billing address and phone must be included.  The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we will attempt to notify you but also reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.  We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution. 

What are my shipping options?
Parts and accessories orders will be shipped FedEx Ground whenever possible. FedEx will not accept a PO Box # as delivery. Merchandise is generally shipped within 48 hours. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated through FedEx.com. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST will be shipped next business day. All ammunition will be shipped only by ground and requires an adult signature.

International Shipping
Rifle accessories and ammunition will not be shipped internationally.  Nor will any items subject to the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2778) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations  (22 C.F.R. Parts 120-130). A prior authorization or license from the U.S. State Department Directorate of Defense Trade Controls is required for the export, re-export or re-transfer of these items to any foreign person whether in the United States or abroad.

Shipping Damages
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Errors and Omissions
We make every attempt to ensure product details on this website are accurate. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Prices, availability of products, and included accessories are subject to change without notice.Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

Do I have a privacy policy?
Yes. We respect your privacy. We will not rent, share, or sell your personal information to any third party. Access to personal information is given only to those employees who require it to perform their job.

Is there a security policy?
Yes. To guard against credit card fraud, we offer secure online ordering using the latest SSL encryption technology and fraud detection services. We do not store credit card information.

Is there a return/refund policy?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. Should any item not meet your expectations, call us within 30 days to return it for a full refund. Call 615-896-2938 prior to returning any items, as some may require a return authorization number. Return the item in the original package with the original paperwork. Do not return merchandise without first contacting Barrett.

Exchanges / Returns
Return policy applies only to items purchased directly from Barrett. If you are a dealer and purchased from a distributor, or an individual that purchased from a dealer, please contact your dealer or distributor for their return policy. For warranty items, please see Barrett’s warranty policy.

Items that adhere to the criteria outlined in these policies may be exchanged or returned within 30 days for a full refund of the original  purchased price.  Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

In order to properly exchange/return items, please follow the below procedures when returning items:
  • Contact Barrett to determine if a return authorization number is required to process the request.  For the fastest service, contact Barrett customer service at 615-896-2938 during the business hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm CST Monday through Friday.
  • Original purchase receipt is required in shipment for returns and exchanges. 
  • Items must be in original condition and include all accessories and packaging. 
  • Ensure that apparel items remain unworn except for trying on, and have their original tags as they must remain suitable for restocking. 
  • Typically, a restocking fee will not apply to a return, however, if one should be required it will be discussed when contacting customer service to process the return.  
If your product is defective, please see the product warranty policy.  A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, please call for assistance.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange/return is due to error on our part.  We recommend you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier. Barrett cannot replace or provide credit for any items lost during return shipping.
